Abstract

Abstract
Think pair share or think pairwise sharing is one type of cooperative learning
that is designed to influence students' interaction patterns. Think pair share gives
the students time to think and respond and help each other mutually. objectives
of this research was to examine differences in learning outcomes using learning
model accompanied think pair share worksheets with conventional learning
model in teaching physics in high school, to describe the physics students'
learning activities using learning model with LKS think pair share in learning
physics in high school . This type of research is experimental research which
type of research that already meet the requirements of any other groups that are
not subject to experimentation but allowed to obtain the observations, the socalled class control. Data collection techniques used in this study is the
observation, documentation, interviews and tests. The conclusion of this study
shows, there are significant differences in learning outcomes between the
application of learning models accompanied think pair share worksheets with
conventional learning in class X SMA semester in Balung school year 2012/2013
and the learning activities of students in the first semester of tenth grade in high
school Balung country school year 2012/2013 by applying the learning model
with LKS think pair share a fairly categorized as active or moderate.
