Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Health Care Service
Quality (HCSQ) elements, that consist of physical environmental quality and
interaction quality, on patient satisfaction in Bina Sehat Hospital, Jember. The
population was the patient of Bina Sehat Hospital. Using purposive sampling
technique, the sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data were analysed using
multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously,
physical environmental quality and interaction quality had a positive significant
effect on patient satisfaction.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh elemenelemen HCSQ, yang terdiri dari physical environmental quality dan interaction
quality, terhadap kepuasan pasien Rumah Sakit (RS) Bina Sehat Jember. Populasi
dalam penelitian ini yaitu pasien rawat inap di RS Bina Sehat. Teknik pengambilan
sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 100
responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel physical
environmental quality dan interaction quality berpengaruh positif signifikan
terhadap kepuasan pasien.
