ANALISIS PENGARUH WARNA DAN UKURAN DINDING RUANGAN TERHADAP INTENSITAS PENCAHAYAAN

Abstract

Indonesia is the country with the largest population in the world. The more the number of inhabitants, the demand for energy is also higher. Electrical energy is the energy that is needed, particularly in the household such as for household appliances and lighting. The electricity consumption of household goods exceeding industrial and business sectors. Therefore, conducted this research related to household lighting to analyze the effect of the color and size of the house to the intensity of illumination. In this study consisted of four colors of the walls which is based on a popular color is used to color the house in 2015, namely red, green, pink, and purple. For the analysis of color to the intensity of the lighting, the room used is fixed but the color fluctuates. As for the analysis of the effect of indoor lighting intensity, then choose one color is purple but the size of the walls of the room is different. Each study was done 3 times for 5 minute measurement, and data collection is done every 30 seconds. Luxmeter position in three points, which is just below the light, forming a 30 degree angle, and forming 45 degrees. Results of the study revealed that at the same point discount value of green lighting intensity is highest, followed pink, purple, and the smallest is the color red. As for the analysis of the size of the room, which has spacious room I had the smallest room lighting intensity tersebsar, followed Rooms II and III rooms. Thus, it can be concluded that the brighter colors of the walls will reflect more light and have a higher illumination intensity, also the larger the room, the intensity of the lighting is also getting smaller.
