The Article Submission is free of charge. Authors are not required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs. Article Processing Charges (APCs) are levied when your manuscript is editorially accepted and before publication.

Authors pay a one-time APC to cover the costs of peer review administration and management, professional production of articles in PDF and other formats. There are no charges for rejected articles, no submission charges, and no surcharges based on the length of an article, figures, or supplementary data.
