KUALITAS HIDUP WANITA BERCERAI: LITERATUR REVIEW
Abstract
Kualitas hidup perempuan masih dinilai lebih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan kualitas hidup laki-laki. Status pernikahan menjadi salah satu hal yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup seseorang. Pada perempuan maupun laki-laki yang menikah akan memiliki kualitas hidup yang lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan perempuan atau laki-laki yang lajang atau bercerai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Literature Review. Jenis literature review yang digunakan penulis adalah Narrative Literature Review. Pencarian literature dalam literature review ini menggunakan tiga database yaitu Google Scholar, Springer dan Sciencedirect dan hasil akhir didapatkan 15 artikel yang memenuhi syarat kredibilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas hidup wanita yang telah bercerai lebih buruk. Wanita yang telah bercerai banyak mendapatkan rintangan hidup baik dari hal konsumsi pangan, finansial, sosial, keberadaan anak, mobilitas serta beban psikologis. Pandangan negatif masyarakat terhadap wanita yang telah bercerai serta tanggung jawab menjadi orangtua tunggal juga turut menyumbang buruknya kualitas hidup wanita bercerai. Identifikasi yang dilakukan berdasarkan Teori WHOQOL-BREFF didapatkan hasil bahwa kondisi fisik merupakan kondisi yang paling kurang nampak pada wanita yang telah bercerai. Domain psikologis dan juga domain hubungan sosial merupakan domain yang paling buruk penilaiannya pada wanita yang telah bercerai. Hal-hal yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup wanita bercerai adalah jumlah anak, status pekerjaan, pendidikan, usia dan budaya masyarakat dari wanita bercerai. Kehidupan selepas bercerai bagi wanita banyak mendapatkan kesulitan yang nantinya dapat mempengaruhi kondisi fisik, kondisi psikologis maupun kondisi hubungan sosialnya.
