All content published by the Journal is made publically available for free, with no charge to either the user or his/her institution. JSEAHR and author(s) agree to grant all users across the globe access and download all content and article texts that have been published by this Journal freely. All users are also granted to make small numbers of printed copies for their personal use. 

All articles published by JSEAHR are available in digital formats that can be downloaded freely to increase the dissemination of research and break down barriers for researchers across the globe, mainly those with limited access to subscribe paid journals and other kinds of publications.
