ARTICLE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
General Guidelines
The article has not been previously published, or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Before submission the manuscript should be proof-read for any possible linguistic and typographical errors.

Preparation of Manuscript
Manuscript should be written in Bahasa Indonesia, except for abstract. Manuscript should be typed in Arial font, a 10-point, single spacing using OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format. The format of the manuscript should be as follows:
Title/Judul: title, authors, address, email of corresponding author, abstract in english with key words and Bahasa Indonesia (abstrak) with kata kunci. Abstract should be write in maximum of 200 words, it should contain of brief background, purposes, methods, results and conclusion, without discussion. Key words should contain 3-5 words.
Introduction/Pendahuluan: Background, theoretical review, and objectives of research, must be included implicitly in the introduction.
Methods/Metode Penelitian: All important methods, including important materials, applied the research should be described here.
Results/Hasil Penelitian: This part describes data as clearly as possible. Only important observations need to be emphasized. Necessary tables and figures should be presented in appropriate places. 5. Discussion/Pembahasan: This should explain the significance of the results of the study, supported by appropriate recent reference from literatures. The discussion should deals with the interpretation of the results and avoid repeating what has already presented under results. 
Conclusion/Simpulan dan Saran: It briefly describes the important finding of the research and must be based on the fact.
Acknowledgement(s)/Ucapan Terima kasih (if any): Author(s) may thank personal, institutional and financial assistance received to conduct research work related to the manuscript.
References/Daftar Pustaka: References should be written in Vancouver reference style. References in text should be given in simple parenthesis [..]. Citations in the text are given using Arabic numerical [1.2,3,...] based on the citation in the text.

Submission of Manuscript
Manuscript should be submitted electronically to the link: login or register of the e-Journal Pustaka Kesehatan.

Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
• All author(s) should responsible for the content of the manuscript.
• The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
• The text is single-spaced; uses Arial font, a 10-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
• Author must attach a statement letter that the article is original work.
• Authors must revise their manuscripts according to reviewers’ comments, no later than specified interval time.
