Jurnal Kajian Konstitusi is journal published by the Department of Constitutional Law, the Faculty of Law, the University of Jember, Indonesia. This journal is a media intended for academics, practitioners and legal expertise in actualizing research, development and legal and constitutional analysis ideas. It is a refereed journal, all published papers were under a double-blind peer review by academics and experts in the field.

The publication in this journal focuses on the legal and constitutional studies under doctrinal, empirical, socio-legal, and comparative approaches. The journal welcomes all submissions about current discourses on law and constitution from diverse perspectives in a certain jurisdiction or with comparative analysis.
