Abstract

Abstract.This research is Classroom Action Research. Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a research which is done during the teaching and learning activities. The objective of CAR is to improve or to increase the quality of learning.Think Pair Share (TPS) is a simple cooperative learning model which lets the students learn individually and in group. The objectives of this research are to improve the students’ motivation and the students’ biology score through the application of cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share (TPS) by using website base at tenth year ofSMANegeri 2 Tanggul – Jember. The result of the application  Think PairShare learning model by using website base shows the improvement of student motivationthat is 39,31% consisting attention is 16,63%, relevance is 9,25%, confidence is 7,18%, and satisfaction 6,25%. Beside the improvement of cognitive aspect is 66,65%, and the afective aspect is 30,8%.
