Abstract
Abstract : Based on secondary data published by the center of educational assessment national education department, we can consider for in topic in any exam test. Research was condocted to describe the factors that cause low mastery learns high school math exam, for math and science program school year 2009/2010 in Jember district of north and east. This result show collection methods used are questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The result show come from the cause of failness are insided or outside students, teachers do not understand the unfunction of teacher resource.
Key Words : Qualitative descriptive study, the math exam SMA/MA IPA program academic year 2009/2010 in the district of Jember the north and east, teacher’s questionnaires, student’s questionnaires.
