Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Minat Penggunaan Aplikasi Traveloka pada Generasi Z
Abstract
This research aims to explore the factors influencing the interest in using the Traveloka application among Generation Z. The research method employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to individuals of Generation Z. The sampling technique is conducted through non-probability sampling. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires to 160 Generation Z respondents born between 1995 and 2010. The data processing and analysis for this research use the Structural Equation Modeling method, where the data will be processed using SmartPLS 4. The research findings reveal that the quality of information and the credibility of the source positively and significantly influence the interest in using the Traveloka application, while interactive engagement positively influences but is not significant in relation to the interest in using the Traveloka application. These findings contribute significantly to understanding the perceptions of Generation Z regarding the Traveloka application in the context of its attributes and content.
