PENGARUH FAKTOR SOSIAL, STRATEGI USAHA DAN EKONOMI TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN AGROINDUSTRI KERUPUK DI KELURAHAN MANGLI KECAMATAN KALIWATES KABUPATEN JEMBER
Abstract
The economics in Jember district has two cantilever sectors they are cultivation and agriculture industry. This condition is used to develop the agroindustry like crackers because the central producer of crackers is located at Mangli, Kaliwates sub-district. The purpose of this research is to analyze the variable of social factors, economy, the strategy that having an effect on the income of crackers agroindustry at Mangli, Kaliwates sub-dustrict, Jember district. This research is analytic quantitative analytic using SEM approach. The result of this research shows that interpretation of the test result about SEM-PLS is: a). Each social factor increase one unit, so the income tend to go down about 1,17 unit; b). Each economy factor increase one unit, so the income tend to go up about 0,05 unit; c). The income can be explained by the variable of social factor, economy and the enterprise strategy about 62% and the rest is 38% that influenced by another variable that doesn’t explained in the model.
