Abstract

Abstract.Cooperative learningmodel of Numbered Head Together is a modelwhich putthe teamin thecooperationamongone of theanotherfor studyingatopicin the classroom. The purposeofthis researchwastoenhance student’s motivation andachievement using theCooperative Learning model of Numbered Head Together with comic onsub biologytopicsEnvironmental in class VII C SMP Negeri 1 Semboro Jember. The research was Classroom Action Research. Result of this research, there was an improving motivation from  pre cycle to cycle 2. The result  showed that the increasing  motivationwas 16,60% which consist of attentionaspects was 5,71(17.85%), relevanceaspects was4,14 (17,00%), confidenceaspects was 4,65(16,61%), satisfactionaspects was 4,79 (14,97%) andcognitivelearning achievement of studentsincreased 62,18%, andaffectivelearning achievementof studentsincreased 16,22%.
