Call for new submissions - Vol 3 Issue 2 (September 2022)

The Indonesian Journal of Law and Society invites scholars, students, and practitioners to submit their high-quality and original submissions, especially interested in publishing international, comparative, national research and reviews concerned with law and society. While this journal presents leading works from or concerned with Indonesia and other Asian regions at large, the journal's scope is intentionally broad and its geographic coverage expands jurisdictions of developing countries. It encompasses cross-disciplinary areas of law relating to political science, criminology, history, sociology, human rights, technology, and political economy.

Please note that this journal only accepts submissions written in English. Manuscript submissions should be between 7,000-12,000 words in length. The peer-review process and decision on publication will be normally completed within 90 days of receipt of submissions.

It is a periodical law journal, publishing two issues in a year (March and September). The review process applies the double-blind peer review method, in which case neither authors nor reviewers know each other’s identities. In doing so, all new submissions are suggested to be made at least 3-4 months. Therefore, the deadline for the submission is 15 June 2022.

Publication Charge
This journal does not charge authors any fees to publish a manuscript.
