LENTERA HUKUM is an international refereed journal published by the Faculty of Law, University of Jember, Indonesia. All papers published in this journal were under a double-blind peer-review. Articles submitted to this journal should cover contemporary legal discourses with an international or comparative perspective. Since its first English publication in 2019, this journal has provided up-to-date and more deepening academic analysis of current legal issues in Indonesia and across the globe. It has attracted scholars with an acute interest in international and comparative law discourses in the light of empirical, theoretical, multidisciplinary, and comparative approaches. The journal has been nationally accredited by the Indonesian government, listed in the Science and Technology Index database with SINTA 2. This journal is also available in HeinOnline, a premier online database for researching law.
Please note that this journal only accepts submissions written in English. Manuscript submissions should be between 8,000-12,000 words in length, although shorter papers relating to the policy with international and comparative perspectives will be considered. The peer-review process and decision on publication will be normally completed within 60 days of receipt of submissions.
